Sync between my devices does not work (iPhone and Apple Watch)

• Make sure both devices are signed into the same Apple ID and iCloud Drive is on (Settings → your name → iCloud).
• Open the app on both devices; the first sync can take a minute.
• Low Power Mode delays background sync. Plug the phone in or open the app.

The other parent does not see the child (iPhone)

• Sharing works only between two different Apple IDs, each signed into iCloud.
• The invited person must open the link on an iPhone with Oh Fever installed and accept it.
• On the Profile tab → “Share with the other parent” you can see participants and resend the invitation.

The Apple Watch app is empty

The Watch app syncs directly with iCloud. Open it once with the Watch connected to Wi-Fi or the iPhone; give it a minute. Make sure iCloud is enabled on the Watch (Watch app → General → Apple ID).

Why does the iPhone app not show a dose for my child?

On iPhone and Apple Watch Oh Fever is a monitoring diary. You record the product and the amount you gave; the app shows the time since the last dose, the doses recorded in 24 hours and the product's leaflet tables and sentences exactly as printed (Medicines tab, “Leaflets and tables”), with a link to the official leaflet. It does not calculate, suggest or prefill a dose and does not use your child's weight for medicines. Decide the amount with the leaflet in the box and your doctor.

Why is the leaflet dose in the Android app not always the exact number printed in the leaflet?

For each product on the list the Android app shows the row of that product's own leaflet table for your child's weight (and age, where the leaflet uses age). It can be lower than the printed row: the app rounds the volume to a syringe mark that never goes above the row, gives whole suppositories only, never goes above the row or above the leaflet's own mg/kg limit, and offers less when a full dose would cross the daily limit. When the weight falls between two rows, it usually takes the lower row. For a product you add yourself the Android app does not suggest a dose at all. Every table and rule is listed on the dosing sources page. When in doubt, follow the leaflet in the box and your doctor.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the child profile in the app (on iPhone: Profile → child → Delete profile). This removes all of its entries from the device and, on iPhone, from your iCloud. To leave a profile someone shared with you, use “Leave shared profile”.
