Sync between my devices does not work
- Make sure both devices are signed into the same Apple ID and iCloud Drive is on (Settings → your name → iCloud).
- Open the app on both devices; the first sync can take a minute.
- Low Power Mode delays background sync — plug the phone in or open the app.
The other parent does not see the child
- Sharing works only between two different Apple IDs, each signed into iCloud.
- The invited person must open the link on an iPhone with Oh Fever installed and accept it.
- On the Profile tab → “Share with the other parent” you can see participants and resend the invitation.
The Apple Watch app is empty
The Watch app syncs directly with iCloud. Open it once with the Watch connected to Wi-Fi or the iPhone; give it a minute. Make sure iCloud is enabled on the Watch (Watch app → General → Apple ID).
Why does the recommended dose differ from the leaflet?
The app uses 15 mg/kg for paracetamol and 10 mg/kg for ibuprofen, rounded to what a syringe can measure, capped by the daily limit. Leaflets often use age brackets, which can give a different number for the same child. When in doubt, follow the leaflet and your doctor.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the child profile in the app (Profile → child → Delete profile). This removes all of its entries from the device and from your iCloud. To leave a profile someone shared with you, use “Leave shared profile”.
