Oh Fever

Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Oh Fever (Polish: Oj Gorączka), an iOS and watchOS app published by OUMM (Poland), and the website ohfever.app handle information. The short version: the app has no servers of ours, creates no account, and we cannot see anything you enter.

1. Who is responsible

Data controller for the website: OUMM, Poland. Contact: support@ohfever.app. For data you store in the app, you are in control: it lives on your device and, if you enable it, in your own Apple iCloud account under Apple's terms.

2. The app: what we collect

No health data, ever. Oh Fever does not transmit or store your entries on servers operated by us. There is no registration, no e-mail, no phone number and no advertising SDK in the app.

Anonymous usage statistics. The app uses Firebase Analytics (Google) to count how features are used — for example that a temperature was logged, a dose was saved or the Apple Watch app was opened — never the values you enter and never your child's name. Firebase assigns a random app-instance identifier and receives the device model, OS version, language and country. We have disabled advertising identifiers and ad personalisation. You can switch analytics off at any time in Profile → Privacy → Anonymous usage statistics; the app then sends nothing. Google processes this data as our processor; see Firebase privacy and security.

The information you enter (child name, birth date, weight, temperature readings, medicine doses, notes) is stored:

If you use “Share with the other parent”, Apple's iCloud sharing makes the selected child profile available to the people you invite. You choose the participants and can stop sharing at any time from the app. Sharing uses Apple's infrastructure; we are not a party to it.

Siri and Shortcuts requests are processed by Apple according to Apple's privacy terms. Widgets and Live Activities read data from your device only.

3. Health data

Temperature readings, medicine doses and notes are health-related data about your child. Because the app never sends them to us, we do not process them in the sense of the GDPR. They are protected by your device passcode, your Apple ID and Apple's iCloud encryption. The app does not write to or read from Apple Health.

4. Exports

You can create a PDF report or a JSON export at any time. These files are generated on your device and shared only where you send them (for example to your doctor). Delete a child profile in the app to remove all of its entries from the device and from your iCloud.

5. The website (ohfever.app)

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical data (IP address, user agent, request logs) to deliver and protect the site. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, only after you consent in the cookie banner. Analytics is configured without advertising features; Google acts as our processor. You can withdraw consent by clearing cookies or via the banner link in the footer. Without consent, no analytics cookies are set.

If you e-mail us, we keep the correspondence as long as needed to help you and then delete it.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

For website data you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO). Write to support@ohfever.app. For data inside the app, use the app's export and delete functions; Apple handles iCloud under its own policy.

7. Children

The app is intended for parents and caregivers, not for use by children. We do not knowingly collect any data from children — or from anyone else.

8. Changes

We will update this page when the app or the website changes in a way that affects privacy, and note the date at the top.
