Last updated: 28 September 2026

Oh Fever shows the dose from each product's Polish leaflet table and warns about intervals and daily limits. This page lists, for every product, the leaflet it was read from and the table exactly as the app encodes it, and then every rule the app adds on top of the leaflets, with its reason. Always check the leaflet in the box.

Register search (public): rejestry.ezdrowie.gov.pl. The register's product web page needs a login, so each product's register link opens the public search; search there for the product's register id. In the tables, "in product units" converts the row's mg with the product's strength; a fraction of a suppository means that strength does not fit the row (suppositories are given whole).

Rules the app adds on top of the leaflets

Only the product's own table. For a product on the list the dose shown is the row of that product's leaflet table for the child's weight (and age where the table has age rows or an age column). The app does not compute a dose of its own from mg/kg. Reason: The leaflet approved for that product is the source; the app only reads it.
Never above the table row. The amount never goes above the row, the leaflet's own mg/kg sentence (widened only to the rounding of the leaflet's own table) or its largest single dose. Where the example table and the mg/kg sentence disagree, the lower figure is used. Reason: An ambiguous leaflet is read in the more conservative way (the app's "rule zero").
Syringe marks. The volume is the nearest mark of the syringe (the graduation stated in the leaflet, else the finest step of the leaflet's table, else 0.1 ml below 2 ml and 0.5 ml above); if that mark would be above the row, the next lower mark. Reason: The parent can only give what the syringe measures, and never more than the row.
Whole suppositories. Suppositories are never split: every dose is whole suppositories.
