1. What Oh Fever is
Oh Fever is a tracking tool. It records the temperatures, medicine doses and notes you enter and performs arithmetic on them (weight-based dose ranges, minimum intervals, daily limits) based on published paediatric guidance.
2. Not medical advice
The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and does not replace a doctor, pharmacist or the product leaflet. Always verify the strength printed on the package and the dosing instructions before giving any medicine. Seek immediate medical attention for high fever, any fever in an infant under 3 months, seizures, breathing difficulty, a rash that does not fade under pressure, or any symptom that worries you.
3. Several caregivers
If more than one person gives medicine, you are responsible for confirming each dose (medicine, amount, time) with each other directly. Do not rely on app entries, reminders or sync status alone: data may be delayed, incomplete or entered incorrectly.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, including the child's weight and the product strength. Dosing guidance in the app is based on: NHS (paracetamol and ibuprofen for children), the American Academy of Pediatrics, and Summaries of Product Characteristics of products sold in Poland.
5. Purchases
Oh Fever Plus is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple through the App Store under Apple's terms; we do not receive your payment details. It can be shared with your Apple Family Sharing group. Refunds are handled by Apple.
6. Availability and changes
We may change or discontinue features. Sync and sharing depend on Apple iCloud and your Apple ID; we cannot guarantee their availability.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, OUMM is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the app, including decisions taken based on the information it shows. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
