Your entries live on your device and in your private iCloud — we never see them. No ads, no cross-app tracking, no registration. Anonymous usage statistics can be switched off in Settings.
Most fever apps stop at the phone. Oh Fever runs natively on Apple Watch and syncs through iCloud on its own, so it works even when the iPhone is charging in another room.
Invite the other parent (or grandma) with a standard iCloud share. Every reading, dose and note appears on their iPhone, Apple Watch and widgets. Leave the share any time.
Oh Fever follows paediatric guidance used in Poland, the UK (NHS) and the US (AAP). It warns before a dose that is too early, too large or over the daily cap — and lets you decide.

Health data about a child is about as sensitive as data gets. Oh Fever has no backend: entries stay on your device and in your own iCloud account, protected by Apple.
Sync and sharing go through your private iCloud, end-to-end handled by Apple.
We have no servers that see your entries, so there is nothing to leak, profile or sell.

Yes. The app is free to download and use. We may add optional paid extras later, but logging, dosing safety, sync and the Watch app are free at launch.
No. It is a diary with built-in arithmetic and safety limits. Diagnosis and treatment decisions belong to your paediatrician. Call emergency services for seizures, breathing problems or a rash that does not fade.

You share a child's profile using Apple's iCloud sharing, the same mechanism as sharing a Notes folder. The other person taps the link, and both phones keep the same timeline in sync.
No. The Watch app is a bonus for parents who have one. Everything works on iPhone alone.
iPhone with iOS 26 or later and Apple Watch with watchOS 26 or later. Android is not planned for now.
Your health entries: none — they stay on your device and in your iCloud account, and we have no server that sees them. The app sends anonymous usage statistics (for example “a dose was logged”, never the values) through Firebase Analytics so we know which features matter; you can switch this off in Settings → Privacy.
